These Terms & Conditions govern the access to and use of the website avaliqo.com (hereinafter, the "Site"), owned by Avaliqo Real Estate Lending, S.R.L. By using the Site, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Purpose

The purpose of the Site is to provide information about the real estate crowdlending activity that Avaliqo will carry out in the Dominican Republic and to allow subscription to an early-access list. The Site does not by itself constitute a public offering of securities or financial intermediation.

2. Use of the Site

The user agrees to use the Site diligently, respecting current legislation and the rights of third parties. Any use that damages the operation of the Site is prohibited, including computer attacks, reverse engineering or the mass extraction of content.

3. Registration on the access list

By submitting the subscription form, you declare that the information provided is true, accurate and up to date. Avaliqo reserves the right to reject incomplete, false or duplicated subscriptions.

4. Intellectual property

All the contents of the Site (texts, images, trademarks, logos, source code) are the property of Avaliqo or its licensors. Their total or partial reproduction without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

5. Risks and non-binding information

The information published on the Site is informative in nature and does not constitute financial, legal or tax advice. Investments in real estate projects carry risks, including the possibility of total or partial loss of the invested capital. Each person must independently assess the suitability of taking part in an opportunity.

6. Limitation of liability

Avaliqo does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Site or the absence of errors. To the extent permitted by law, Avaliqo shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data arising from the use of the Site.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or performance shall be submitted to the competent courts of Santo Domingo, National District.
